NOTE:
We shall supply one-year spare parts for normal operation and maintenance along with the plant. These parts will however be excluding the oils/lubricants and Screens. The initial set of screens will however be supplied by us as per your requirement.
Commercial Terms and Conditions:
Prices: The prices mentioned are basis FOB SHANGHAI.
Payment: Our Standard payment terms are 100% Payment payable through irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight.
Delivery: Within 6-8 weeks Ex- works for Hot Mix Plant and from the date of opening of Letter of credit. Please note the nearest port of shipment is Shanghai Port.
Warranty: The above equipment will be covered under standard warranty towards any manufacturing defect for a period of One year from Ex-works date.
After Sales Service: We shall depute our service engineer for commissioning and training of your operator and other staff for a period of two months. Thereafter we will depute our engineer as and when required during the warranty period. However customer will provide inland transportation from Mumbai and boarding and lodging, food at site for the visiting engineers during their stay at your site. .
Erection &Commissioning: The detailed foundation drawing for the hot mix plant will be submitted immediately after LC is established. Customer will prepare the civil foundation as per our drawings. Customer will also provide skilled/semiskilled manpower, Cranes, Welding sets, Generating sets, and Electric cables, Hot oil during the erection of the plant. ZHH engineers would supervise the erection of the plant.
Validity: The above offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of this offer.
