Technology Requirements:

1. Cement label of DM-01 straight type steel fiber may not be less than 425. Water-cement ratio must not be more than 0.5.
2. Coarse aggregate size shall not exceed 2/3 steel fiber length.
3. The steel fiber volume should not be less than 0.5%. Generally, it is chosen within 0.5-2%.
4. The DM-01 straight type steel fiber concrete may not adopt the seawater, chloride. It is forbidden to add chlorine salt.
5. In addition to the above rules, other materials used in steel fiber concrete should be consistent with the existing provisions of the concrete materials.
6. The thickness of DM-01 straight type steel fiber concrete can refer the ordinary concrete in similar engineering. Its collapsibility should be less 200 mm than the ordinary concrete. Its vebe consistency should be consistent with the common concrete.
7. There is no dirt and other base-strengthening materials in concrete cushion.  
(1) Before reduction the thickness of cushion and the surface should be no more than 130 mm;
(2) The thickness of foundation strengthening layer is greater than the cushion layer thickness. The thickness of DM-01 straight type steel fiber can multiply the reduction coefficient 0.75. But it shall not be less than 50 mm.
