
ABH4200 ASPHALT HOT MIX PLANT is designed and developed by our company, using Australia ARAN technique. Its main performance gets to the level of oversea homogeneous product. It is fit to produce high-grade road, asphalt material of surface and base. The equipment uses craft of positive mixing, batch discharge. Several of sandstone material and powder lot, bitumen can be weighed by electronic scale, controlled by industrial computer, easy operation, and reliable performance.
1) Hopper adjusts quantity of material by belting in control room.
2)Optimization designed Turn—down rig of dryer drum which has a logical placement is either to improve efficiency or to avoid overheat of aggregate
3)Hot material elevator use high-strength and deadweight chain-driven with hold-back device, life is long life is long, convenient maintenance, fine reliability. Degree of wear with influx construction is small, drive is stable with fluid coupling and the degree of impact is small
4)Screening plant which uses circular screen with double axle and seven layers and six specs is high in efficiency, not easily blocked. Vibrancy bearing is outside to avoid vibrancy bearing overheat problem.
5) Discharge door of Storage bin is double ones which has big gap, avoiding block and leakage of material。The door can be operated solely to control error of falling of aggregate, truly realizing rough and fine measurement
6) Filler storehouse use pneumatic sliding chute to discharge stuff, no arch starting, no remains in the discharge hopper. Speed of discharge is fast.
7) Stuff door of aggregate measuring hopper is double, avoiding block and leakage of material, rough and fine stuff can be discharged according to sequence which is ordered
8) Bitumen is pump injecting by many points, average mixing, reduce mixing time
9) End sealing of axle use root form, avoiding leakage of stuff. Lining board in mixer is made of high-strength wearing material. Discharge door of mixer is form of push and pull, discharge hole is big, time of discharge is short, reliability is good. High-fast mixing is fast, uniform and thorough
10) Dust filter system has two grades, the first is gravity duster, after filter, the filler goes into the hot elevator and recycled. The second grade is bag filter. Efficiency of dust filter is improved very greatly.
11) Imported brand burner, short flame, adjusts flame length, suitable for diesel and heavy oil. Controller by computer, easily learning, good reliability. Report printing facility.

1. Average moisture content only refers the surface moisture content, moisture content inside will lower the output ability of drying drum.

5. The proportion of aggregate must be correct and the specifications must meet the standard demand.
6. Filler density is 1120 kg/m³.

17. Control System
System is made up of upper control computer, charge mixture controller, burning controller, temperature controller, PLC and so on. System finished working state controlling of each working segment, charge mixture measurement, Temperature control, management and all the functions that are needed by mixing plant working. At the same time, strict protection measures are installed, when machinery working appears abnormity, correlative devices are stopped automatically; alarm is displayed on the console.
This computer control system can enact various parameters of charge mixture process on display, completing initialization setting for each pieces, after starting system, each item data can be measured and displayed, abnormity state is given alarm. At the same time, it can complete data storied during working procedure, working table printed and so on.
System structure: automatic control system is made up of upper control computer pieces, power automatically control pieces, charge mixture measurement and mixing control pieces, heat for dust filter control pieces, power distribution cabinet. Each piece is fixed in separate console respectively.
Control computer pieces: host computer is fixed to frame under console board; display, keyboard and printer are fixed on console board.
Power distribution cabinet: system has one cabinet, electricity feeding in it independently, equipped with plus electricity breaker, installed capacity 1200 KW.
Control room: 20 feet standard container, there are windows on three sides, cold and warm dual air-condition.
